Nintendo Switch
Nintendo Switch

Hello, and welcome. You know, you probably already have a old Switch with Joy-Con drifts, or you're waiting for the Switch 2 and can't wait, or you've come to share that moment. In either case, you've come to the right place.

This is a community for everyone: who believes that the best game is not about gigaflops, and Mario Kart is the ultimate argument in the "one true king" debate.

What's Happening

Everything is changing: from the new Nintendo Switch 2 to the fact that you're now on Hollow Knight. We are absolutely delighted to see you — from those who bought their first Switch in 2017 to those who are just getting acquainted with the new console and games for $80.

Some Rules (Without Them, It's Chaos)

  • Spoilers under the rag — Tears of the Kingdom all the way, no spoilers
  • No toxic or offensive discussion — there's no place for console wars. Switch is about fun in its own unique ecosystem
  • Screenshots — always welcome. Your Animal Crossing screenshots will only show off your dedication
  • If you have something new to show, goahead and promote it, but don't spam
  • Heighty concrete games — only with arguments. The Mario Kart World is 80 dollars for what? It's the best. The Nintendo Other is not
  • These and other rules are in the menu

The Nintendo Switch 2 was released in June 2025 and since then has not only not lost momentum, but also nerves (price, backwards compatibility, which works with almost all games). Donkey Kong Bananza sold 91 balls on Metacritic, and that's just the beginning — it'll go higher. Games like Elden Ring and The Duskbloods from FromSoftware, a new version of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time and fresh parts of Xenoblade Chronicles and a host of other exclusives and ports, as well as Nintendo first-party games, are already adapting to the new hybrid model.
