🇰🇬 Kyrgyzstan wants to zero out taxes for IT for 5 years

Yesterday the president signed a decree - proposes to exempt from taxes everyone engaged in:
🔵Software and AI development
🔵Startups
🔵Blogging and content
🔵Outsourcing
🔵Film and creative activities

In essence - instead of 10% profit tax, 12% VAT and 17% social insurance, only a preferential 5% income tax and 12% social insurance (for employees) remain. Even the simplified tax of 3-6% on revenue loses out.

Interestingly, various special regimes like the High Technology Park or Creative Industries Park become useless not as necessary) Why go to the park for benefits if benefits are given for free? 😄 For now this is a decree, not a law - but most likely they will push it through, and I really hope so.

I like this approach. The simpler the tax regime, the better for everyone. Less bureaucracy, more real business. Without fear that your accounts will be blocked, you'll be tormented by desk audits, or an unexpected fine for unlabeled advertising will come.

Once the law takes effect, I will register everything in Kyrgyzstan and close other legal entities... and I will help you if needed)
