Masa Madre at Luzhniki - it's fine.

The food is no different from the other establishments in the "chain", but there is a pleasant terrace with a view of the padel courts.
The only thing is that a bridge looms nearby and there is noise from it, but it seems not critical.

In winter, it will probably be more crowded here, but there will be far fewer people willing to come here.

On Yandex Maps, the location is called "masa madre pop up on a construction site", landmark - from the embankment you need to walk along the courts to the very end.

The establishment opened at the height of construction to catch all the buzz around Luzhniki and the summer season; they stopped construction, by the way.
Well, by Moscow standards, after a car wash and so on - the place is more than finished, you won't notice any particular discomfort.
