In fact, you don't have to look long for girls and women working at wineries.
I think now there is not a single winery in the world where representatives of the fair sex do not work in the aging, fermentation, and especially bottling workshops.
And in the fields/vineyards too.

And at some wineries I've been to, the staff is 80% female, and they both conduct tours/tastings and do punch-downs (which is very hard work).
