The director's chair in the project '13 Clinical. The Beginning' was taken by Ilya Ermolov ('Golden Bottom', 'May I Address You'), and the cinematographer was Sergey Kozlov ('House of the Sun', 'Indecent Money'). New characters also appeared, played by Sergey Gilev, Irina Starshenbaum, Pavel Popov and others. However, these changes did not affect the overall atmosphere and style of the series. The gloomy corridors and the same sense of humor were preserved, into which even Pavel Priluchny fit.

The action takes place in 1976 – at that time, the majestic one where the otherworldly closely cooperates with the material world did not yet exist. The General Secretary, having first made contact with an unknown demon, begins to dictate his terms. And what? We must certainly be ahead of the whole planet, catch up and surpass, as the previous speaker used to say. The mystical forces, naturally, did not tolerate such disrespect, so Brezhnev needed urgent medical and not only help.

The masculine-feminine acquires a rather intelligent character, witchy powers aka female charms in the person of the bright and passionate Tatyana Yakhina deftly manipulate men and open some paths. By the way, almost all women in this strange Soviet and rather dark mystical reality are endowed with secret knowledge and some abilities, even if they themselves do not yet know about them.

I especially want to highlight Alexander Parfenovich, who skillfully portrays characters on the border of two worlds, both here and there, he amazingly suits this existence contrary to common sense and the laws of physics. At the same time, it is very difficult not to succumb to his charm and mystery, even if the actor simply remains silent with his eyes closed.
