NanoMorphix — a Canadian startup from the University of Toronto, founded by Nello David Sansone.

It develops nanocomposites for the automotive industry, where graphene plays a key role.

Gratek Technology
Gratek combines polypropylene, fiberglass, and less than 1% graphene. This material is 20% stronger and 18% lighter than standard glass-filled polypropylene used in bumpers and body parts.

The main achievement is uniform graphene distribution without agglomeration (particle clumping).

Gratek launch is expected at the end of 2025 with an automotive partner!

NanoMorphix is currently finalizing AegisX — transparent armor made of graphene composites for military needs, aviation, and protection. The material is lighter than Kevlar but does not compromise on strength. There are patents on graphene dispersion and tests for industrial lines.


The automotive composites market is growing from $12 billion in 2025 to $25 billion by 2035.
