KARO 9 Warsaw Express cinema will open its doors to fans of auteur cinema as part of the KARO.Art festival.

KARO.Art Festival #2 traditionally combines three main semantic vectors: past, present, future. 

The festival program includes contemporary auteur and young cinema, classic and archival films, and special events. This year, the list includes such works as:

«Planet Maximus» (2023), a recording of Alexander Petrov's play «Chimera» by Alice Rohrwacher, which won one of the awards at the recent Cannes (read our review at ) «Vacation in October» (2023) by prolific Roman Mikhailov «Dillinger Is Dead» (1968) and «The Big Feast» (1973) by Marco Ferreri «Catch the Night» (2023) a crime thriller by Procopius Burtsev «In Search of Harmony» (2022), a documentary by Sergey Uvarov «In the Web» (2023) by Kim Jee-woon

«Chimera» – an underrated Cannes miracle
