‘Set the Mood for Cinema!’ presents exclusive horror movie novelties that will be shown for the first time on Russian TV in August on the ‘KinoUzhas’ channel.

August 1 — ‘The Curse of Quintanar’

A Spanish thriller from the producer of the social horror ‘The Platform’. Writer Antonio Prieto decides to spend the summer in the mountains to find peace and inspiration for a new novel. He becomes interested in the life of the local community and quickly realizes that the residents are hiding terrible secrets from him.

August 8 — ‘Reunion’

A New Zealand horror about quarrelsome relatives. A pregnant woman returns to the old family home to spend time with her mother. But the reunion gradually turns into a real nightmare.

August 15 — ‘Broadcast Signal Intrusion’

A crime thriller with Harry Shum Jr. about the dangers of videotapes. In the late 1990s, a video archivist stumbles upon several pirated broadcast recordings and tries to uncover the terrible secret they hold.
