The DC FanDome 2021 show provided insight into the plans for the development of the DC cinematic universe and what upcoming premieres will look like.

DC FanDome 2021 is a virtual event dedicated to the DC universe: comics, video games, films, animated features, and series, including the Arrowverse.

At this show, we were treated to a new trailer for Matt Reeves' 'The Batman', first looks at 'Black Adam', 'Peacemaker', and more. We've gathered all the highlights in one place.

Black Adam

The show kicked off with the premiere of a featurette and a short clip from 'Black Adam'. Dwayne Johnson confessed he was born to play this character. Meanwhile, Pierce Brosnan, who will play Doctor Fate, stated that even on the Bond set, he hadn't encountered such scale.

Supergirl

A whole panel at DC FanDome 2021 was dedicated to saying goodbye to the 'Supergirl' series, which had been airing since 2015.

Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom

Although filming for the 'Aquaman' sequel started not long ago, the project team couldn't miss an event like DC FanDome 2021. So they showed us a behind-the-scenes featurette where James Wan promised to show us things we've never seen before. And Jason Momoa shared how proud he is to be part of the sequel. Amber Heard is on board. Just for the record.

Peacemaker

At the 'Peacemaker' series panel, James Gunn, John Cena, and the rest of the team discussed the project and answered fan questions about the show that grew out of the recent 'The Suicide Squad'.

From this block, we learned that James Gunn wrote all 8 episodes of the first season and directed 5 of them. So there's no need to worry about the project's quality. The premiere is set for January 13 on HBO Max.

DC League of Super-Pets

Dwayne Johnson, Kevin Hart, John Krasinski, Keanu Reeves… No, this isn't a new Justice League lineup. These are the actors lending their voices to another team — the Super-Pets. Don't ask. Premiere: May 20, 2022.

The Flash

The next announcement at DC FanDome 2021 was the film 'Blue Beetle'. No teasers yet. But viewers were shown concept art of the main character:

Batwoman

Trailer for the third season of the CW show:

Titans

Brenton Thwaites presented the trailer for the third season of 'Titans'. At the end of the clip, a significant name is mentioned. Intrigue, no less.

Catwoman: Hunted

Catwoman will appear next year not only in the new 'The Batman' but also in her own animated feature. Looks intriguing.

Harley Quinn

The creators of the best DC animated show, 'Harley Quinn', had an original presentation for the third season — the titular heroine herself, voiced by Kaley Cuoco, along with King Shark, told us what to expect and presented a fun trailer:

Wonder Woman 3

At DC FanDome 2021, Patty Jenkins and Lynda Carter celebrated Wonder Woman's 80th anniversary. They not only discussed the character's significance to the world but also announced a third installment in the series with Gal Gadot. Perhaps after the second part, this wasn't the best move. But who would pass up another chance to admire Gal Gadot?!

Shazam: Fury of the Gods

Zachary Levi presented a behind-the-scenes video for the 'Shazam' sequel, which, in addition to the original stars, will feature Helen Mirren and Lucy Liu.

The Batman

Finally, in the main panel of the entire DC FanDome 2021 show, Matt Reeves, Robert Pattinson, and Zoë Kravitz discussed 'The Batman'.

Interesting tidbit: Rob shared how he tried on Val Kilmer's costume during screen tests. Reeves praised Zoë's dedication and what Pattinson brought to the Dark Knight's character.
