I make sure your business stops relying on your personal heroics — and starts growing as a system. I don't just "fix one channel" — advertising, sales, or hiring.

Usually, the owner has one of three things broken, or more often — all three at once =)

---

1) MONEY

When everything seems fine on the outside, but inside — it's anxious.

Revenue exists, but profit doesn't.
There's constantly not enough money.
You grow — but somehow it gets harder, not richer.

What we fix:

* Find where profit leaks: expensive mistakes, cheap sales, "toxic" clients, unnecessary expenses.
* Make the product more expensive without magic: stop selling the "process" and start selling the result that the client truly understands in numbers.
* Build a simple picture of money: what comes in → what stays → where it goes. So you manage, not guess.

---

2) TIME

When you seem to delegate… but in reality, you still hold everything with your own hands.

You redo. You control. You delve into details.
And if you "drop out" for a couple of days — the business starts to fall apart.

What we fix:

* Delegation like an adult: not "Sasha, do it," but "Sasha is responsible for the result here."
* Remove vampire tasks from you: things that eat hours and brainpower but shouldn't be on the owner.
* Give you back your time: so you can focus on what really drives the business — decisions, strategy, growth.

---

3) ORDER

When the business lives in bursts: sometimes it "booms," sometimes it "falls apart," sometimes "we seem to have pulled through" — and then another fire.

Because there is no management system — only reaction to urgent matters.

What we fix:

* Establish a weekly management rhythm: plan → action → control → weekly review.
* Each week, remove 1 main bottleneck, instead of trying to fix everything at once.
* Make management through numbers: 5–7 indicators you look at once a week — and understand what's really happening.

---

What's the result

The business becomes manageable, and you stop being the "bottleneck."
Money grows not because of your hours, but because of the system and the team.
And what usually disappears first for an owner appears: peace of mind.

You're stuck not because you're "lazy."
Most often, the problem is in the architecture — and it can be rebuilt.

How it works in practice

Owner of a digital agency, team of 7 people.

Problem:
- Revenue 2.8 million, net in hand 180–250K
- Worked 60 hours a week
- Everything through him: sales, control, project closure

After 9 weeks:
- Net profit grew to 720K
- Removed two unprofitable services (packaging design, SMM)
- Average check increased from 65K to 120K
- Transferred operations to art director
- Owner spends 12–15 hours a week instead of 60

The problem wasn't "too few clients."
The problem was in the business architecture.
