"Home" — Season 1, Episode 9

If you set aside all misconceptions, the first season of Supernatural is the best. It had chilling monsters and a mission to track down the demon that killed their mother. Sam has nightmares about a woman trapped in the Winchester house, and he convinces Dean to return to where it all began. "Home" is an episode where we see the brotherly bond and how they try not to lose each other while saving the world by any means available.

"What Is and What Should Never Be" — Season 2, Episode 20

In this episode, Dean gets to experience an ordinary life: where his mother never died, and he and Sam are normal teenagers. Except that such a fantasy comes at a price. All the people the brothers saved up to that point are dead. And now they've come for them. Dean is shown an alternative, but he still chooses the hunter's path.

"Ghostfacers" — Season 3, Episode 13

The plot becomes even more "juicy" thanks to the reapers they gather on screen. This once again proves the scale and mythology of the entire show.
