The finale of the series "Widow's Bay" has been released. At the beginning of the season, it was a promising project, and by the end of the season, it has definitely become one of the coolest projects of the year. Both in terms of the depth of story and character development, and the quality of the visuals and atmosphere. The only thing to nitpick is that there are too few episodes; we want more.
The number of twists they packed into the final episode is, of course, not as many as in the series "From", but enough to spark curiosity and make you come up with new conspiracy theories.
The main mystery revealed in the finale already turns the second season, which has been officially announced, into a powerful drama in the best Stephen King sense. And the mix of science and mysticism through the revealed secret of the bunker was very pleasant to see.
I want the next season immediately without breaks, but alas, we'll have to wait. For now, this year I keep thanking Apple TV for cool projects. Their "Star City" is also turning out great; I'll write about it a bit later.
Everyone is talking about how great Matthew Rhys is here, but I want to note how great Kate O'Flynn is in the role of Patricia.
