"Masters of the Universe" (2026, USA, Australia, Canada, Iceland)

Thanks to the excellent work of screenwriters, Travis Knight [after the not-so-successful, in my opinion, "Bumblebee"] managed to make a funny and unserious fantasy that cleverly ironizes the genre and amuses with its deliberately over-the-top pathos.

"Masters of the Universe" showed by its own example that if you don't take yourself too seriously, you can end up with a surprisingly funny comedy with Nicholas Galitzine in a loincloth who becomes a macho man by touching a sword, and Jared Leto as a talking skeleton. The cast, by the way, is the strongest point that pleases the most: all the actors fit perfectly, and Idris Elba once again reminded that he can and should be invited to comedies.

I recommend watching it for those who want to turn off their brain for 2 hours and laugh at stupid jokes and comical situations performed by charismatic actors.

By the way, I haven't watched the He-Man cartoons, so I evaluated it purely as a layperson without considering the canon.
