So, it's been a while since the last recipe, so here's a seasonal, quick, delicious one that's already been tested on friends.
For the whole thing we need:
Apricots
Ricotta
Thyme
Honey
Walnuts
Take a creamier ricotta, not a cottage cheese-like one like in my photo, it will be more aesthetic.
1. Cut the apricots into halves or quarters.
2. Bake the apricots for 25 minutes at 180°C until soft and slightly caramelized.
3. On a plate, spread the ricotta evenly, top with the baked apricots.
Sprinkle with fresh thyme and walnuts, drizzle with honey.
Serve with a baguette.
Voilà, you are magnificent 🤌
If you exclude the baking time for the apricots, the total time spent is about two minutes or an hour, as real men say.
Better take orange apricots, they have more juice, caramelize better, and look prettier in photos.
