Good morning, friends!☀️
Music term of the week — twang.
Laryngeal twang (from English twang) is the narrowing of the epiglottic funnel during sound production, which enhances certain overtones of the voice in the range of 2300-3200 Hz. Using laryngeal twang makes the voice sound more ringing, carrying, and simplifies singing high notes.
We invite you to a vocal assessment — the teacher will not only tell you your voice type but also advise what is important to improve to sing more easily and confidently.
