Now I only do what someone asks for and what can bring a win-win for both sides

Two events happened in the last week:

• Random coffee and a request to create an LMS — over the weekend I whipped up prostolms.ru (see screenshot 1)
• A user came to hellolawyer and asked if I knew any services that generate custom resumes and cover letters for a job posting — in one evening I implemented monetization with this feature on the job page (see screenshot 2)

How so fast? Of course, Codex 5.3 under my careful guidance and my starter template for new projects. I control the architecture, and it's easier for the model to navigate it.

The mindset is really shifting towards a creator/builder, not just an engineer. But at work, I need to maintain a high-level engineer mindset too 😮‍💨
