After the end of the second season of "Hijacked Flight" I'll write about it in more detail, but for now I want to say that the idea, which initially seemed crazy (come on – it's pure Steven Seagal stuff), actually turned out to work.

Idris Elba's character swaps a plane for a subway train, and the role of savior for a hijacker! It's clear that no one will believe the latter, but they've spun the intrigue quite well, and the Brit has enough charisma even for a temporary anti-hero role.

What's even more interesting is that the creators have once again managed to achieve that level of tension where, after one episode ends, your hand just reaches for the next one. As in the first season, there are obvious problems – a dull supporting cast, a degree of predictability, excessive "safety" in the narrative, but subjectively it seems that everything works a bit better here than before. I'm looking forward to new episodes, and why not – new seasons.
