Remember the draft notice story? Time to close it. And it ended more simply than I expected 😁

It was a busy week. Got back from vacation, thinking: I need to finish work tasks by Thursday, 4:00 PM, then the training camp. Packed my bags. Ready as a pioneer 💯

And then on Thursday, a call:
Training camp cancelled until the end of the year. If anything, we'll call.

To say I was surprised is an understatement 🤔
Dates were moved, postponed, shifted. And in the end, simply cancelled. Moreover, a day before departure.

But you know what? Thanks for the heads up 🤝

They didn't wait until I arrived in person to find out everything on the spot. They called in advance. By today's standards, that's already a good sign.

One thing still bothers me 🤔 An acquaintance was called to the same camp a week earlier. His summons was also for the 3rd, but he was called earlier.
Strange story. But his was also cancelled in the end.

So, everything is fine. No one is taking anyone away.
And that's a great reason to exhale 🔥

But I spent way more nerves than necessary 😂
