Statistics on alcohol production (not sales) for the first half of 2026 have been released.

Almost everything is down, except for cider and mead (up 11.4% and 7.2% respectively), vodka and beer decreased by 4% and 2.3% respectively.
So-called liqueur and vodka products also grew by 9.9% (including tinctures, balms, and various liqueurs).

Production of grape wines decreased by 12.6% – to 15.4 million decaliters.
Sparkling wines were produced 14.1% less, and grape-containing drinks by 47.1%.
