Evgeny Kiryanov

Evgeny Kiryanov is the Managing Director of the Foundation for Infrastructure and Educational Programs, led the Industrix accelerator (Gazprom Neft), mentor at Skolkovo, and a graduate of the IIDF. He manages a network of 27 startup studios with a portfolio of nearly 400 projects, and is an expert in acceleration, investment, and launching new businesses.

The author of the Planner, Evgeny Kiryanov, is an expert in technological entrepreneurship and innovation economics.

He participated in the development of the "Startup as a Diploma" methodology for the Ministry of Education and Science, as well as in creating the methodology for building the startup ecosystem of Tomsk Polytechnic University. He is the author of several scientific articles on economics and entrepreneurship development.

Previously, he led the Industrix accelerator, where he launched programs for both early and late-stage startups. In total, more than 1,500 projects passed through the Accelerator.

His practical experience includes creating his own startups, attracting grants and investments, and successful company sale deals.

All this knowledge and experience formed the basis of the StartPlanner — a tool that systematizes modern methodologies (Lean Startup, CustDev, Unit Economics) and makes them accessible to students, entrepreneurs, and innovation teams.
