In sports, it's simpler: for my last half-marathon, I just went out and ran, even though I was poorly prepared. In business, it should be the same. First, you need to check the main thing: are people ready to pay?
If you don't have a ready-made system, act manually:
• No website? Write to clients personally
• No CRM? Keep records in a spreadsheet
• No product? Sell a landing page to those who are in pain
Now with AI, testing hypotheses has become much faster and easier than before. The optimal way to test a hypothesis takes only 3 days and requires no budget:
1. Sketch an offer in a couple of minutes using a neural network
2. Write to 20 acquaintances
3. Call those who are interested
4. Ask for prepayment
If you immediately need a designer and developer to start - that's a trap. The first stage should be ugly, manual, and fast. If the idea doesn't sell on the fly, the problem isn't the lack of a website. It's the idea itself.
