Yandex shared data on gastronomic preferences of Russians, specifically what they make okroshka with and what ingredients they use.

The data was collected based on search queries.

Purely theoretically, someone makes it with curdled milk and adds sprat or herring.
Or with birch sap and aspic, that's a patriotic set overall.

I tried to come up with a wine pairing for all this, but I think it's better to wash it all down with kerosene, that'll be fine 👌
