I've noticed a trend where many public figures create two or even three accounts on the same Telegram. Since it's still the main communication channel for many.

That is, even if everyone has several messengers (e.g., Max, Imo), they also have several Telegram accounts in addition.

For example, what I see is that they create a second account for an assistant, make it public, and several real assistants sit there and help manage the entire information flow. By the way, the information flow for public entrepreneurs is very dense; people write a lot and about anything.

But many have started creating another account with a fake name like "Vasya Pupkin" and just sit under it, browse channels, write comments, and no one knows that it's actually a "respected person."

So they organize personal space for themselves this way. Leaving only important personal+work matters on their main account, where it's important to show their face.
