In the 1920s, a Soviet psychologist observed waiters in a Berlin cafe. And noticed a strange thing 🤔

The waiter remembered every open order. Table 5, two coffees, strudel. Table 8, tea with lemon. But as soon as the guest paid... the order vanished from memory.

Bluma Zeigarnik later proved this in the lab: the brain remembers unfinished tasks twice as well as completed ones. It keeps them in working memory. Like browser tabs that eat up resources.

We build monitoring for business every day. Metrics, alerts, graphs. We track everything. But who will track our beloved selves?

This week I dug up information on the approach of voice assistants in Alice and Siri.
The gist is this: there is a ring buffer that overwrites phrases, looking for the coveted keyword.
The convenience is that you don't have to wait half a second after activation.
You just say "Kesha, update dependencies in the project." It detects the keyword and passes the entire set of queries to the assistant. Well, in theory 🤷‍♀️
In practice, I'm still testing it. Slowly putting it together )

I'm also collecting conversational phrases for the emotional layer and sarcasm, so the assistant is more human and can tease 😁

And in parallel, I viewed 10 apartments/houses. Not an easy task. But the more data for the sample, the better. We know that, don't we )
