Patients of the Altai Regional Tuberculosis Dispensary in Barnaul at 110 Zmeinogorsk Tract complained to the People's Front about conditions in the hospital. People say they live like this for months and even years.

According to patients, there are three toilets on the floor for 50–60 people. Water has to be flushed by hand from the tank, pulling homemade ropes to hit the button. There is also only one shower, and those undergoing long-term treatment find it difficult to wash properly.

The complaints are compounded by cockroaches and leaks, causing ceilings to drip in some rooms. Patients say some cannot stand it and leave, and online reviews give the dispensary 1.5 stars.
