First cool day, so there's a legal reason to open a red.

The choice fell on Chianti Classico from Isole e Olena, bought in May at the winery.
The emotional attachment was 100%, it drinks with the same pleasure as at the winery, a very elegant and intelligent wine.
Accompanied by Tuscan Capocollo (Coppa, in short) and onion cheese from Fattoria dei Barbi.
That's a 100% Tuscan dinner, but that's where the overseas food at home ended.

I even wanted to add the wine to my assortment, but it costs well above the market even in Italy, and here it's even more.
Not for retail at all, in short.
