A view counter for channels has appeared in the Max messenger. Subscribers can now see how many people have viewed a publication and compare which posts perform better.

According to the messenger's official VK group, the feature will become available to everyone within 24 hours after updating the app to the latest version. The counter is located at the bottom of the post, and the icon with numbers shows the number of users who have seen the entry.

Previously, this counter was only available to channel authors. For creators, Max already offers quotes to highlight key ideas, scheduled posting, and reaction management.

On February 10, Max allowed the creation of private channels. In the first week, users created over a million such channels, and the total audience exceeded 10.5 million subscribers.
