During the day, cloud cover will increase. Light, locally moderate precipitation is expected, including snow and wet snow. Wind will be from easterly directions at 6–11 m/s. Temperatures will range from 0 to minus 5, and with cloudiness and precipitation, from minus 9 to minus 14.

In Blagoveshchensk, variable cloudiness. At night, mostly without precipitation, with light snow in the afternoon. Wind will be from the southwest at night and from the northeast during the day at 6–11 m/s. Temperature at night will be minus 8–10, and during the day minus 2–4.

On the roads of the region and Blagoveshchensk, snowpack and icy conditions persist in some places.
