If the value of your product in the client's mind is higher than its cost, you will sell easily, a lot, and without discounts. If it's lower, you will struggle through every deal with persuasion, dancing with a tambourine, and dumping. That's the basics.

What can this value be measured in?

Globally, there are only 6 levers:
1. Time savings (we'll do it for you / free you from routine).
2. Money savings (protect from losses / you won't overpay).
3. Money increase (help you earn X2).
4. Speed increase (give results tomorrow, not in a year).
5. Impressions and emotions (pleasure, status, wow effect, safety).
6. Belonging (become part of a strong pack / community).

What does this look like in practice?

Today we analyzed a children's ballet school.
It would seem, what are they selling? "Classical dance lessons for girls."
For just "lessons" you won't get paid much, competition is huge.

We started unpacking their real, digitized value for the mom (who brings the money to the cash register). And here's what we got:

🩰 1. The school is right next to home
Value: Time savings. Mom doesn't have to sit in evening traffic for an hour there and an hour back. She saves 8 hours of life per month.

🩰 2. While the child is in class...
Value: Emotions + Time savings. Parents get a legal 1.5 hours of free time. They can calmly drink coffee, work in silence, or spend time with each other, knowing the child is supervised.

🩰 3. The feeling "I'm an awesome parent"
Value: Emotions / Status. Mom checks a box: "I'm great, I'm developing my child, I'm investing in their posture, discipline, and future." This is a powerful psychological trigger.

🩰 4. The child will perform on a real stage
Value: Lifelong impressions. The recital is not in a stuffy gym, but on a theater stage under spotlights. For a girl, it's a fairy tale. And for parents, tears of pride and great content for social media (again returning to point 3).

Result:
Mom is not buying "plié," stretching, or a ballet barre. She is buying her free hour and a half, no traffic jams, and a photo of her happy daughter in a tutu on a big stage.

And for that, she will gladly pay a check above the market.

Now all that remains is to broadcast this everywhere - on social media, on the website, in classes, in all brand communications with the audience.

Now take a look at your product. What are you trying to sell? Lessons, bricks, consulting, manicure?
Or are you selling saved time, money, and status?
