Firsov Passage in Biysk has failed to sell again. The auction did not take place due to lack of bids.
The starting price of the lot was 1 ruble 22 kopecks including VAT. The buyer was required to sign preservation obligations and undertake conservation, repair, and restoration work. The work must be completed by May 12, 2030.
Biysk city authorities estimate that restoring the building will cost approximately 600 million rubles. The passage at 146 Leo Tolstoy Street was built in 1907. Currently, the cultural heritage site is in poor condition.
