Snow is being cleared on main roads to ensure public transport can operate. Approaches to social facilities, sidewalks, stops, and pedestrian crossings are being tidied up. Snow is being removed from urban areas.

The mayor asked drivers to follow traffic rules and be more careful when choosing speed. He reminded management companies, homeowners' associations, and businesses to clear their designated areas.

Residents of the region have been warned again about bad weather. On the afternoon of February 22, from 4–7 PM, some areas are expected to see increased western winds with gusts of up to 15–18 meters per second. The wind will persist during the first half of the night.
