The ice art festival "Live on Baikal" is once again taking place in Listvyanka on the shore of Lake Baikal. It is being held for the 12th time. After the opening, the venue will operate until March 9, and throughout this time the village looks like a winter celebration.

The festival opened with the participation of the head of the Listvyanka administrative district, Ilya Ryaboshapko, and the event's trustee, Nadia Cherkasova (Grigorova), vice president of "OPORA Russia." At the start, an ice show took place. On the same day, the first works of the masters were shown, which can be seen until March 9.

The venue features slides, sleigh rides, ice corridors, and an ice rink. A special place is occupied by ice sculptures. Among them are the symbol of the year in the form of a horse, the logo of Listvyanka for the 300th anniversary of the village, and a sculpture of Anton Pavlovich Chekhov.
