A few thoughts/observations after watching the new 'Wuthering Heights'

– I've never heard so many women moaning in a cinema – Elordi has a great future if he keeps it up
– Margot Robbie is super hot, of course, but sometimes someone should remind her that she's no longer 17
– The actors are good, but individually. There's zero chemistry, and visually they don't match: Robbie looks like a MILF next to Elordi, God forgive me
– Emerald Fennell should be banned from making movies by law. Honestly. To stop developing bad taste in people. All she can do is endlessly reference other, better works and chew over other people's plots, making them worse and passing it off as intentional kitsch and camp

P.S. if you want on-screen love and real aesthetics, please don't watch 'Wuthering Heights', better watch 'An American Love Story' (aka Love Story), it's made a thousand times more talentedly: from harmoniously chosen images (both the actors themselves and their combination) to the visual beauty of the frame with beautiful costumes that subtly reference the depicted era, and delightful music (from Hooverphonic to Sade)
