A 40-year-old man died in the village of Sapronovo, Moscow region.

At night, the man got heavily drunk and shouted from the window, disturbing neighbors. By morning, neighbors called the police and an ambulance.

The police arrived and began knocking on the apartment door. The man said he was locked in. Then he tied sheets together, climbed out the window, and tried to descend. The man slipped and fell from the 9th floor.

Ambulance doctors arrived but could not save the man.
