Yesterday (02/25/2026) in California, Samsung presented a new product - a new phone and headphones.

If you compare the two presentations between the two competitors Apple and Samsung, you can see how differently the companies approached the presentation itself. Samsung's was uninteresting, didn't hold the viewer's attention, had no cool moments in the presentation to make you say "Yes, a cool presentation and a very good product were prepared," while Apple's did.

🖥 About the "new" product:
Previously, Samsung was the LOCOMOTIVE of this industry, presenting everything new and interesting for the customer and tailored to the customer in their product. What now? Fucking terrible now! In a year, they only came up with 3 cool... (well, you better read about the product yourself, that's not what this is about)

‼️ Let's repeat:
Marketing is about correctly showing the customer a good, GOOD product, not just showing that yes, we have such a product - buy it.
This approach is wrong! Don't use it!
➡️ If you create something for the customer, then focus on the customer and build marketing around the customer.
➡️ If the product is shit bad, then don't just wrap it in a beautiful package and that's it - the package is usually thrown away, but the product is used! And the emotions this product leaves will determine how communication between the company and the customer develops!

Therefore, Apple products are more in demand in the world than any (definitely about smartphones) - they have figured out this connection between the company and the customer.

Focus on customer convenience, make the product easy for the customer to use, package it for the customer, and voila, the customer is already loyal to you.

Sorry for the long post, but we've been talking about this in the channel for more than a day, and in meetings with clients we analyze exactly what I wrote above - then they start to hear us.

That's all from me, your Marketing 360 team
