If you consider me such a person, you should have guessed that I wouldn't agree to an offer with such wording. So again - manipulation, hypocrisy (almost an insult in plain text).

4. Attempt to bluff with the words "I hope you make the right decision 😉".

Come on... I made the right decision at the first phrase about 10 million out of 350 😆. Namely, I refused to participate in an adventure with such meanings and on such terms.
