A new #podcast featuring me is out! This time I visited Svetlana Grishkina and we talked about beauty salons. More precisely, about chatbots in salons.
Svetlana creates content (and more) for the beauty industry, and I helped her understand one aspect of salon operations — bots.
There was a lot said here that I don't often mention, say, from the stage at presentations — bots integrated into CRM. Like when you already have some "main" system and a "thread" in the form of a chatbot is thrown from it somewhere into a messenger.
At our agency, we usually don't deal with this, so I don't talk about it much. But in this podcast, we had a thorough discussion about it.
And at the end, we also created an artifact for salons and generally covered service and everything else.
