The State Traffic Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Angarsk Urban District reports that from March 2 to March 5, 2026, the operational preventive measure "Disenfranchised" will take place.

Drivers who evade surrendering their driver's license and continue to drive will be held accountable under Part 2 of Article 12.7 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. This provides for a fine of 30,000 rubles or arrest for up to 15 days, or compulsory labor from 100 to 200 hours.
