Schools and kindergartens in Belgorod have resumed operations after attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The region's Minister of Education, Andrei Milyokhin, said that after the strike, some institutions were temporarily without electricity, but by morning all schools and almost all kindergartens had opened.
One kindergarten did not open, and children were transferred to a neighboring one. The day proceeded according to schedule, with hot meals. Two kindergartens and one school are still setting up backup power sources.
