From conversations with founders in online education, I see that short educational formats are growing the fastest: consultations, case analyses, intensives, mini-products.

The logic is clear: it's easier for a client to decide on a short format than to commit to a large course.

But there's a problem: a short format alone doesn't provide scalability. There are many consultations now. It's hard to maintain quality. The result is a paradox: a lot of work, but income grows slowly or not at all.

Recently I met Alexandra, who suggested an alternative — strategic sessions. She has been in EdTech since 2009 and works only with large corporate businesses. Today she is the general producer and architect of the Accelerator "Business 360" at Sber, a graduate of Skolkovo, a resident of the Club of the First, and vice president of the CIS Speakers Association.

In her channel, she explains in detail: which educational formats actually work now, how to restructure your product line, and how strategic sessions differ from consultations.

And on February 28, she will have an open broadcast about education formats in 2026. Plus, in the channel, you can get a guide "Retrospective: How to Work Productively with Clients"

If you are building a business in education or consulting, I recommend checking it out.

Here is the channel, subscribe, inside you will find a gift - a guide to the retrospective of any project 🎁
