The promised post about RSS, dear readers! With infographics that you can save for yourself or send to friends (picture in the comments).

What is RSS, in short: RSS is your personal "subscription without email". You subscribe to your favorite sites (for example, to mine), and all their new publications come to you in one reader (a program on your computer/phone or a browser extension).

Every self-respecting site has an RSS feed, so once you master the technology, you can easily follow any blogs, creative projects, and news on the internet. And all this without email subscriptions and spam, without Telegram channels and Max channels either.

Readers
- Opera browser has a built-in reader
- other browsers can install appropriate extensions (Menu - Manage Extensions - Find Extensions - search for RSS)
- to be independent of browsers and not risk losing your RSS feeds, like we lose bookmarks during crashes, you can install a reader (Feedly, Inoreader) on your computer

Next: open the reader, add RSS feeds of your favorite sites (get the links from the sites themselves, they are usually in a prominent place) - and that's it, you won't forget or lose them, and when something new appears on them, the reader will let you know. And you don't have to subscribe to hundreds of Telegram channels or email newsletters.
Another plus: social media algorithms often hide posts from communities you follow, and search engines push the sites you need to the end of the results. RSS doesn't suffer from such nonsense and simply shows all updates strictly by category and in order of publication.

Use RSS, dear readers! Fellow artists and writers with your own sites and blogs - use it too! It's really a great thing.
