From February 23 to March 1, 2026, 42 traffic accidents were registered in the area of operation of the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Angarsk Urban District. There were no casualties. The most common incidents were collisions, rear-end collisions with parked cars, collisions with obstacles, and one case of a vehicle rollover. The highest number of accidents occurred on Wednesday, with 10 accidents in one day.

On February 25, the driver of a Daihatsu Move at the intersection of Oreckina and Kosmonavtov streets failed to choose a safe speed and collided with a Nissan Sunny. No one was injured. On February 26, the driver of a Renault, when exiting an adjacent area, failed to yield and collided with a Toyota. No one was injured. On the evening of February 26, the driver of a Toyota on Gorky Street ran a red light and collided with a Nissan. No one was injured.
