▶️ Honor Magic V6 is one of the first major announcements at this year's MWC. The most impressive features of this smartphone are its thickness: 4.0 mm when unfolded and 8.8 mm when folded, as well as its battery capacity of 6660 mAh.
▶️ This phone leverages the benefits of Honor's partnership with battery manufacturer ATL. The battery uses fifth-generation silicon-carbon (Si-C) material. According to Honor, the high energy density is achieved through a 25% silicon content, which is the highest in the industry.
▶️ Despite the impressive battery specifications of the Magic V6, Honor is not resting on its laurels and is working on creating even thinner and more energy-dense batteries. To showcase its progress, the company introduced the Silicon-Carbon Blade battery, in which the silicon content is increased to 32% to achieve an energy density of over 900 Wh/L.
▶️ The Blade battery is designed for future foldable devices with batteries of 7000 mAh and above.
