Colleagues from ANGI asked me to share my opinion on the prospects of blocking the Strait of Hormuz a few hours before the next turn of the Middle Eastern funnel, into which we are all slowly sliding. My opinion is simple - as long as the troublemakers do not touch Iran's oil and gas complex, no blockade will happen. Yesterday, there were leaks all day in the news about the closing/opening of the strait, but global oil traffic did not stop; just look at the strait's congestion on MarineTraffic.
