Barnaul residents complain about the Altai Ministry of Health platform 'Your Health'. After the launch of the service, it became impossible to make appointments with doctors, reports 'Vesti Altai'.

Before the presentation of 'Your Health', the usual appointment booking was removed from 'Gosuslugi', and on the new portal, booking never appeared. At the presentation on February 24, journalists were told that there would be booking, telemedicine, and electronic sick leaves, but users do not see this.

In their personal accounts, people only find prescriptions for medications that were not prescribed to them. One patient says she sees future prescriptions that have not yet been issued, and the supply deadline for them is set until mid-April.

The chatbot for booking in the messenger also does not work. By calling 122, operators do not provide appointment slots and put people on a waiting list. Because of this, adult patients in Barnaul say it is currently impossible to see a doctor and call the situation a mockery.
