On expertise.

🐱 Experience and expertise are not synonyms. They reflect fundamentally different types of competencies, and confusing them is costly.

1. You can spend 10 years sharpening one part at a machine. Your hands will remember every movement, making your eyes unnecessary. That is experience—deep, reliable, narrow.

2. Or you can spend 10 years sharpening a hundred different parts from a hundred different materials—independently, through trial, error, and discovery. Then you develop an understanding of which material suits which task, its softness or texture, where to cut corners and where not, why one solution is elegant while another works but creaks. ☝🏻 This experience is no longer just experience—it is expertise. It can be packaged into anything: methodology, training, consulting, analysis, time savings, design, etc.

In marketing, expertise is more important than narrow experience. Specific experience becomes obsolete very quickly, sometimes within a year, sometimes within a quarter. But expertise as a skill allows you to read new realities and find solutions where a specialist with “experience” sees a dead end. I often see this: 20 years of business experience work against an entrepreneur because they spent half their life learning something that by 2026 is either unnecessary or unprofitable. In such cases, there is no time to gain new experience; you either have to bang your head against the wall or seek advice from someone who is not as strong in your niche but has broad expertise.

I calculated my own expertise and was shocked. 😳

I have spent over 30,000 hours in areas that at first glance seem unrelated: psychology, marketing, sales, philosophy, design, sociology, coaching, neural networks, economics, medicine, history, nutrition, personal branding, photography, video editing, esotericism, plus two technical degrees in radio electronics. Truly a powerful mix))

It is this expertise that allows me to see in one consultation what a person deeply immersed in their business cannot see.

Recent example ⬇️
A client came with a marketing request. I did a quick audit of expense items and found that one person on their team was charging five times the market rate for IT platform administration. 720,000 rubles a year for work worth 120,000. After replacing the specialist, the client saved 600,000 rubles annually. This happened in one consultation costing 20,000 rubles.

That is expertise in action—the ability to see the entire system, not just the corner the client is looking at.

☕️ Now to the numbers.

If I value my 30,000 hours at the rate of a good promoter—700 rubles per hour—that is already 21,000,000 rubles. Add creativity as a separate asset—another 2,000,000. Plus direct financial investments in my education over 10 years—about 10,000,000 rubles.

☝🏻 Total: 33 million rubles.
That is how much it costs to grow an excellent specialist tailored to you, who can scale profits and a company under any conditions, not just during client booms.

Not every business can afford such a luxury, but why bother when you can hire such an expert for a consultation or tracking… “at a promoter’s price” (roughly)?

✅ That is why a consultation for 20,000 rubles is not expensive. It is arithmetic and simple financial literacy.
✅ That is why three-month tracking costs less than the salary of an average SMM specialist.
✅ That is why the course "YOUR OWN MARKETER" pays off faster than you can read three marketing books on your own.

“Expensive?” - well, okay.
But I want to ask: “How much have you spent all this time searching for a solution? And how many opportunities have you missed?”

🐱 The answer is always the same: “A hell of a lot.”

This is not a threat or pressure. This is expertise—I have simply seen this scenario enough times to know how it ends.

✅ 30,000 hours, guys, wow...
