Why copying others' ideas is bad.

These squirrels are 95% similar, and even more genetically! But they are even more similar or even absolutely identical in their own eyes when they compare themselves to their neighbors on the tree.

Squirrel number 3, more brown, apparently has watched a lot of YouTube or Instagram, where guys in fashionable clothes give UNIVERSAL advice on business and personal growth. Essentially they say "Spread your paws and jump!"... For some it even works... They plan coolly, land, become "cases" for all other squirrels, chipmunks, mice, hares, and turtles.

Whee! Whee! Whee!
They all jump into the pool of new experiences for personal growth.

But when all paws are broken, fur torn out, shell cracked, teeth knocked out, many of them have a logical question: "Why the hell am I not succeeding?"

And instead of starting to look at themselves and develop their uniqueness, they go listen to a trendy fish, which is not a squirrel, which gives a wiser advice "Dive deeper!"... And they dive - squirrels, chipmunks, mice, and turtles.

All they had to do was turn to a master who would look at you and say "Oh, you're a hamster! You need to pump your cheeks, not jump from a tree." This is called nuance, personal approach, adequacy.

A couple of stories about nuances in previous posts HERE and HERE

In my work, like a maniac, I make the strongest emphasis on personal nuances, so that every minute of time, every breath, and every ruble has a goal, task, and result... This allows me to get 9 successful cases out of 10, while a template or conveyor approach has only 2-3 successful cases out of 10.
