PART 7: ✈️ New Air Transport Rules. Flight Delayed by Half an Hour? Money Back

Important changes to air transport rules come into effect.

From March 1, 2026 - what everyone who flies should know:
🔹 A flight delay of more than 30 minutes from the time on the ticket gives the passenger the right to a refund. Previously there was legal uncertainty - now it's clear.
🔹 Airlines are required to seat children under 12 and their accompanying adults together for free. No extra charges for seat selection.
🔹 Carriers must inform passengers in advance about flight conditions, the procedure for changing tickets, refusing carriage, and refunds (including in case of illness or other forced circumstances).
📌 If you still decide to fly, the delay entitles you to compensation under European standards (if it's an international flight) - amounts up to 600 euros.

Be sure to take a photo of the departure board showing the delay and keep your boarding passes)
