PART 8: 🌏 Anglicisms Banned? New Rules for Signs and Advertising

Restrictions on the use of foreign words in public spaces come into force.

From March 1, 2026, businesses are required to provide information in Russian. This applies to:
🔹 Signs and advertising - no anglicisms if a Russian equivalent exists.
🔹 Signposts - only in Russian (or with a small-font duplicate below).
🔹 Names of residential complexes - developers must use Cyrillic.
💥 Exception: words that have no commonly used equivalents in Russian. Their list will be fixed in normative dictionaries.

Duplication in foreign languages is allowed, but the Russian inscription must be on top and in a larger font.
