→ Rewrote all 12 questionnaires in simple language. Banned AI from using terms without explanation.

🗣 “I dictate 'OOO Vershina' — the bot writes 'Oromash'”
→ Added a business dictionary to Whisper, normalization (I.P. → IE), auto-quotes.

🗣 “I accidentally closed the tab — the interview was lost”
→ Added protection against accidental page exit.

🗣 “I can't create an invoice until I fill in all the details”
→ Removed mandatory profile. Now document first, details later.

🗣 “The item table doesn't fit on the phone”
→ Tables → cards on mobile, adapted 12 components.
